Each month we select a sampling of available waterfront and waterview homes throughout the Cape that may be of interest to the discriminating Cape Cod homebuyer. Also included is a sampling of recent home sales for over $995,000 to provide a glimpse of the current high-end market.

As two of our waterfront buyer clients, John and Vickie, attest, there are many special waterfront homes or lots which do not appear in the Multiple Listing Service or on the Internet. Open, non-MLS listings, co-exclusive listings, or For Sale by Owner properties do not always find there way onto the Web or draw the attention of all agents.
